WARRANTY & RETURNS
Our range of products carry a 5 year warranty against faulty workmanship or materials from the date of purchase. Millenz will repair or replace the product without charge, that arises from faulty workmanship or materials. A product subject to claim under this guarantee should be returned as a complete unit with proof of purchase. The guarantee does not apply if the product is subject to use other than what it is designed for, or where the product has been altered or repaired by a person not authorised to do so. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt and/or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instruction as to how and where to send your package. Items returned to Millenz without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted. Once received and inspected we will confirm receipt and credit the account you have provided.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note should you be returning a personalised/customised product with your name or business details embroidered on to the product this will affect the total refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our warranty if required.
We understand that ordering online can be challenging and you don't always know how something will fit for you. Please see our size guide for belt sizing info. If you are not sure of have questions please contact us before completing your purchase.
To exchange you will need to arrange the return at your cost, and the product will need to be in as new condition. We can process or hold a Millenz Credit for an exchange item.
We are unable to offer an exchange on custom orders as these are made custom to your request.
