WARRANTY
Our range of products carry a 5 year warranty against faulty workmanship or materials from the date of purchase. Millenz will repair or replace the product without charge, that arises from faulty workmanship or materials.  A product subject to claim under the guarantee should be retired as a complete unit with proof of purchase.  The guarantee does not apply if the product is subject to use other than what it is designed for, or where the product has been altered or repaired by a person not authorised to do so.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@millenztoolbelts.nz. If your return is accepted, we will confirm return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once received and inspected we will confirm receipt and credit the account you have provided.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note should you be returning a personalised product with your name or business details embroidered on to the product this will affect the total refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please refer to our warranty if required.

EXCHANGES
We understand that ordering online is challenging and you don't always know how something will fit for you.  If you are not sure of have questions please contact us to try and nut out any issues before purchase.  

To exchange you will need to arrange the return at your cost, and the product will need to be in as new condition. We can process or hold a Millenz Credit for an exchange item.   

We are unable to offer an exchange on custom orders as these are made custom to your request.
